Man buys home next to ex-wife, erects middlefinger statue

A Michigan man says he moved into a house next door to his ex wife an erected a 12 foot tall statue of a middle finger. Alan Markovitz recently moved into the home on Bloomfield hills, which is next door to where his ex wife lives with his nee lover, WJBK-TV, Detroit, reported Friday.

Markovitz told WJBK that he erected the statue to get even with his ex wife new lover. He said he never meant for the matter to be public, but said the story grabbed local media when his ex wife daughter posted a picture of the statue on Twitter.

Markovitz owns three Detroit strip clubs and recently wrote a book that cinema is reportedly turning into a tv series.
